In 2016, I founded WOHASU® to organize and produce the World Happiness Summit® and H-20 Policy Meeting as well as create wellbeing centric programs like the Chief Happiness Officer Certification with Florida International University. Since then, our team has created the Elements of Wellbeing Certification Program, free WOHASU App and more. We relaunched the H-20 meeting in 2024 to create the World Wellbeing Policy Forum in collaboration with the World Wellbeing Movement.

WOHASU has evolved into a wellbeing ecosystem focused on promoting the science behind wellbeing to a global audience and igniting a movement for positive change.

In creating WOHASU, I developed the brand identity, mission, message and positioning which grew into a global community. Through organizing the World Happiness Summit® and World Wellbeing Policy Forum, I produce leading international events dedicated to spreading the practical implementations of the science of happiness on a personal, relational, organizational and civic level.
