As a wellbeing expert, author of Cultivating Happiness:  Overcome trauma and positively transform your life, and positive psychology coach, Karen advocates for promoting the science of happiness at scale, developing resilience skills during difficult situations, and experiencing growth from trauma.

Given her experience fostering the WOHASU global movement and creating programs focused on teaching the benefits of evidence-based approaches to increase happiness, Karen advises organizations on how to develop employee wellbeing and organizational health that support traditional business results.
